KESLQ-A Series High Current Generator (Current Booster)

I. Product Overview:
       The KESLQ-A Series High Current Generator (Current Booster) is a specialized device designed and manufactured for conducting current load tests and temperature rise tests on various switches, current transformers, and other electrical equipment, as required by power departments and industrial and mining enterprises.
      This series of products adopts a split/integrated structure based on product volume and weight. It features stepless adjustment of output current, balanced current rise, wide load variation range, reliable operation, simple operation, and safety. It is an ideal equipment for power supply departments to conduct current boosting or temperature rise tests.
II.Main Technical Parameters:
       Note: In "Rated Output of Current Booster," the left side indicates series connection; the right side indicates parallel output parameters.

III. Operating Environment:
      1. Power Supply: Voltage 220V/380V ±10%, Frequency 50Hz
      2. Ambient Temperature: -10℃ to 40℃
      3. The product should be placed in an environment free of gases, vapors, chemical deposits, dust, and other non-explosive media that may severely affect the insulation of the transformer.
IV.Usage Methods and Precautions:
      1. Connect the working circuit according to the electrical schematic diagram. The transformer casing, operating console, etc., must be properly grounded.
      2. Turn on the power supply, and the green indicator light on the operating console will illuminate. Press the start button, and the red indicator light will turn on, indicating that the current booster is ready to increase the current.
      3. Rotate the voltage regulator clockwise uniformly, paying attention to the output ammeter reading on the operating console, until the desired high current is reached. To ensure testing accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series at the instrument terminal.
      4. During the test, if any abnormal phenomenon is observed, immediately cut off the power supply and identify the cause before proceeding with the test.
      5. After the test is completed, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero. Press the stop button to cut off the power supply. Only after the working power supply is disconnected can the test wiring be dismantled to ensure safety.
